For In-Person & Remote Courses:
REQUESTS TO CANCEL REGISTRATION MUST BE MADE BY CONTACTING THE EDUCATION EXCHANGE VIA EMAIL AT EDUCATIONEXCHANGE@NOVAHOMELOANS.COM OR BY PHONE AT 520-202-4514. CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLASS.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON TIME TO BE ADDMITTED TO CLASS, SIGN-IN, BE IN ATTENDANCE FOR AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ALL INSTRUCTIONAL TIME TO RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.
For Remote Courses:
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN AN ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING WHEN TAKING A LIVE REMOTE COURSE FOR CE CREDIT. YOU WILL NEED TO BE IN A QUIET LOCATION, FREE FROM DISTRACTIONS AND MUST BE ON CAMERA DURING ALL INSTRUCTIONAL PERIODS. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN FULL-FACE VIEW AND STATIONARY. WE SUGGEST SITTING AT A DESK OR TABLE, SO YOU CAN BE VISIBLY ENGAGED DURING THE CLASS. THE INSTRUCTOR AND/OR MONITOR MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN BOTH VISUAL AND AUDIO CONTACT AT ALL TIMES. STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND A CLASS USING A MOBILE DEVICE.
PLEASE LOGIN 10 TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS. STUDENTS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AND MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ONCE CLASS BEGINS TO RECEIVE CE CREDITS FOR THE COURSE.
