Brad grew up on a farm in Iowa and graduated college from the University of Oklahoma. Brad moved to Las Vegas in 1989 and began his career in the mortgage industry. Brad’s industry experience includes originating, processing, underwriting and funding loans, or in other words, he has done it all. In 2011, Brad joined NOVA Home Loans and assisted them with opening their Clark County operations.
Brad has always believed that training and education are a critical piece in the development of any company and should be performed by the best resources the company has to offer. Because of that, Brad has trained hundreds of loan officers and support staff providing them with full access to his vast array of knowledge and experience. As a certified instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division, Brad is committed to providing agents with ongoing training through the Education Exchange powered by NOVA Home Loans. Through these courses, the agents earn continuing education credits for a minimal charge.
Idalia Nayestani, Lender Services & Product Development Manager
Idalia Nayestani joined the Credit Services team in 2015. She worked with all verticals offered by Landsafe with a primary focus on credit, flood and appraisal departments. With several years as a project manager, a client relationship manager, and understanding of ancillary products, Idalia is able to implement solutions and systems that will benefit the team and organization while maintaining professionalism and service levels. Idalia is certified to give CE course in Arizona and Nevada and will assist with many of the classes offered.
Manny Hernandez, Senior VP, Lender Services
Manny Hernandez has been in the mortgage credit industry for over 20 years. His experience began as a team lead with a local mortgage credit reporting firm in Tucson, Arizona and grew to launching an in house credit reporting agency for a nationally ranked mortgage lender. The unique background of working with both a mortgage credit agency and for a mortgage firm has provided me with the knowledge and background to become one of the leading professionals in the mortgage credit industry.
Maria 'Mari' Stockbridge
Mari was born Cuba. Fleeing from Fidel Castro's Communist Regime, her family immigrated to the United States when she was 5 years old. She has made Las Vegas her home since. Mari graduated from UNLV and has been in the lending industry since March 2000, where she began her career at HSBC Bank. There she became a Branch Sales Manager, where training her staff was one of many major roles. She has been with Nova Home Loans since January 2014. One of her many passions is working with people to asssit them in becoming new homeowners. Mari believes strongly that communication skills, integity and building long term relationships is very important in life as well as her career. Mari is fluent in both English as well as Spanish.
Matt grew up in Southern California and joined the Marine Corps after graduating from high school. After the Marines he attended Saddleback College where he majored in Finance and Economics. He started originating loans in 1999 and moved to Las Vegas in 2003 where he has been originating loans ever since.
Matt is a committed loan originator with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in FHA, VA and Conventional financing. He believes communication, transparency and service are the cornerstones to his success throughout his career. Nadiyah is originally from Michigan but relocated to Las Vegas with family in 1993 and has been a resident of Las Vegas ever since. She enjoys the wide variety of things to do in Las Vegas including biking, snowboarding, and most recently her old school favorite, roller skating! She loves staying active and you’ll often find her at the gym, or doing some sort of physical activity with her two-year old daughter. Nadiyah is a graduate of UNLV where she received her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Financial Services in 2003. Since then she has held a real estate license for over five years, and now a license as a Mortgage Loan Officer for over six years; five of which have been with Nova Home Loans. Through these experiences she has learned how to analyze and provide a wide variety of insight into financial analysis and the real estate market. Three of her most prominent personal strengths are that she is personable, has a sense of humor, and is compassionate. Nikki Junium is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. A native of California, she relocated to Las Vegas 27 years ago, where she has built a successful career in mortgage lending. Nikki began her journey as a loan processor and later established her own loan processing company. She quickly transitioned into the role of a mortgage originator and has since held key positions as both a branch manager and sales manager.
Nikki is well-versed in a wide range of loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and reverse mortgages. Her extensive knowledge enables her to provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nikki is deeply passionate about giving back to her community. She is an active member of the Las Vegas Rotary Club, where her personal goals align with the organization's mission to support children and education. Nikki is especially committed to helping seniors navigate the complexities of reverse mortgages, empowering them with the financial resources they need to enjoy a more fulfilling retirement.
