A lot has changed since Glen closed his first loan in 1986. Glen began his mortgage and banking career in Southern Arizona at a Savings and Loan. During this time, Glen has seen many market and regulatory changes and held several positions within the industry including loan officer, Retail Sales Manager, and Vice President for national banks. Presently, Glen leads a residential lending team and manages the Reverse Mortgage Division for NOVA® Home Loans as well as a team of forward mortgage professionals. Glen holds a bachelor’s degree in business (finance) and enjoys sharing his experience with licensed loan officers and real estate professionals. He is certified to teach pre-licensing and renewal hour courses for both the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Service and the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Glen is one of only 104 individuals nationwide to hold the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation from the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. Glen’s passion for learning and staying on top of the latest industry trends allows him to share the very best options to his customers and referral partners.
Kristy has been in the Mortgage Credit Industry for almost 30 years as a Credit Service Representative, Office Manager, Trainer, Sales Administrator and Educator. She owned her own Credit Reporting Agency in the Phoenix market before selling to a National Credit Agency in 2006. She continued to work for them for an additional 5 years while staying active with NCRA, AzAMP, and AMLA. Kristy is currently a Credit Analyst for Nova Home Loans where time is spent educating consumers and fellow employees on credit reporting details. She takes pride in her knowledge of how FICO scores work and enjoys the interaction with borrowers. Kristy is licensed for CE classes in Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.

Manny Hernandez has been in the mortgage credit industry for over 20 years. His experience began as a team lead with a local mortgage credit reporting firm in Tucson, Arizona and grew to launching an in house credit reporting agency for a nationally ranked mortgage lender. The unique background of working with both a mortgage credit agency and for a mortgage firm has provided me with the knowledge and background to become one of the leading professionals in the mortgage credit industry.
Robin Loomis, Loan Officer
Robin began her mortgage lending career shortly after the birth of her first child in 1991. Over the past two decades she has enjoyed helping individuals and families match their mortgage program to their financial goals. In 1999, Robin closed her first reverse mortgage for seniors and the program and the mature customers involved, quickly became her passion. Helping seniors stay in their home and remain independent is her primary goal every day.
Robin is one of a handful of individuals to obtain the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation from the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association. The designation recognizes Robin’s expertise in and commitment to the reverse mortgage program and the high ethical standards of the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association.
Robin is a state certified instructor for real estate renewal hours for REALTORS®, Financial Planners, CPAs and insurance agents. Her specialty is classes on Reverse Mortgages.
